My husband and our friend grew up eating here, so when we finally came to visit this was one of the first things we did. It was so good! Their portions are generous, the burgers are cooked to perfection and they have so many choices. Can't wait to go back.

I have traveled to Newbury three times in the last 12 months, each time trying new places to eat including some that remind me of home. After finding Rio's I have only one thing that can be said. The only real American Burger I have yet found in whole of the United Kingdom was from Rio's. Great selection, friendly people and real American food.

After staying away for a long time, I went in to say hi to Mark the founder who has recently repurchased the business.

I have say my burger was the best I've ever had.

Burgers start at £2.50 - outstanding value.

Probably the best Flame Grilled Burgers In The South!

It pains me to give Rios such a poor rating, but the place just isn't what it used to be. Five years ago this place served some of the best burgers around.

Now, the meat is poor quality, the kitchen looks like the local hangout for a junior disco and the menu needs a revamp.

The saving grace, I guess, is that they still serve decent chunky chips.
